Where are you located?

Our address is 1671 Hoffman Rd Suite 100A Green Bay WI 54311. You will find us just inside the center vestibule—the first door on the left.

do I have to tip?

Gratuity is not required but is greatly appreciated by your therapist.

Do I have to fill out my intake forms online?

A link to complete the intake forms is emailed once the first appointment is booked. Forms should be filled out prior to your appointment or it will eat into the session time. No receptionist is available to give you paper forms before your appointment. 

Are the at-home stretches and exercises required?

Nope! We step into the role of your personal trainer NOT your physician. Our recommendations are suggestions to help you correct the issues we found during your session. This empowers you to take the lead in caring for yourself. We always recommend you check with your primary care physician before starting any exercise program.  

What is your cancellation policy?

Full payment is required for the following conditions:

Less than 24-hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

No-show or missed appointments.

Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment.

How early should I be for my appointment?

Please show up on time for your appointment. If you are early, there is a waiting room down the hall as well as saunas and steam rooms in the locker rooms, but you will need to bring yourself to the studio at the time of your appointment.

What should I wear?

Please bring or wear gym clothes. 

Can I get a diagnosis here?

Absolutely not! We use assessments to create an effective plan for your session. We do not and can not give you a diagnosis.

We will do everything we can to help you. We highly recommend you read about a typical first appointment - HERE

If during your first appointment if we think you need a different approach or different profession we will refer you out. We don't want to keep booking you if we are the right fit.

Did you leave us a voicemail?  We do not have front desk staff, and we are typically in session when the phone rings. All voicemails are returned within a few business days. We HIGHLY recommend you book online.

LMT - Licensed Massage Therapist

CRS - Certified Rehabilitation Specialist

MMT - Medical Massage Therapist

CYT - Certified Yoga Teacher
